Budgie — Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Budgie only for lawful content you own or are authorized to use. The following are prohibited:

1. Sexual or NSFW content

Pornographic, sexually explicit or otherwise NSFW material, and any sexual content involving minors (which we report to authorities).

2. Harassment and hate

Content that harasses, threatens, bullies or demeans people, or promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.

3. Voices of real people without consent

Dubbing, cloning or imitating the voice of a real, identifiable person without that person's consent.

4. Impersonation and deepfakes

Impersonating any person or organization, or creating deceptive synthetic media (deepfakes) intended to mislead others about what a real person said or did.

5. Unlicensed or infringing content

Uploading or dubbing content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights, including films, shows, music or courses you do not have the rights to translate or redistribute.

6. Illegal use

Any use that violates applicable law, including fraud, scams, misinformation campaigns, or content that facilitates illegal activity.

7. Service abuse

Scraping, reselling, automated bulk use beyond normal use, or attempting to bypass quotas or security.

Enforcement

We may refuse, stop or delete jobs and deactivate codes that violate this policy, without refund, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Report abuse to budgie@agentmail.to.
